I don’t know if there has ever been a time that has been more challenging in removing all the mental clutter, separate relevant against irrelevant information, and keep our minds on important tasks like today. Yet, to be successful we need to think clearly and “still” our minds so we can complete tasks, be creative and think clearly in the midst of all the noise. But when there are disturbances around us, we can gain power and focus of there are no disturbances inside of us.
This practicing a mindset to make our minds still is rare, but needed now, more than any other time. We have had more changes, disturbances, shuts downs, lock downs and changes in our daily world and there is no evidence that there is any real change in sight. Therefore, we are forced to change ourselves and that is what this program will do.

Resilience: Getting Back in the Game
Resiliency is the ability to bounce back after a disappointment or setback.
This program focuses on the speed and strength of the response to the adversity. Moreover, it is not trying to just get back to a place where they were before, but to an even better place with the motto that “When we fall, who we become will catch us.”
This is achieved by the individual first addressing the emotional landscape and then establishing a vision of where they’re going. Then they establish daily – nitty gritty goals. When the individual reflects on these goals and becomes transparent, performance goes up. Finally, we discuss the importance of constantly working on keeping connected with others and feed off each other’s energy.

Define exactly what resiliency is and how to respond with strength and speed

How does one think? One’s emotional response to all events is more important than the event itself and we can choose our emotional response. There is a process to controlling your emotional response by first paying attention to your thoughts and then changing the thoughts to be more optimistic. We often make the mistake of thinking events make us feel but it is our thoughts that cause what we feel.
This seminar helps the participant think in ways that gives them “nerve” in these challenging times.
